Achachay is a marketplace and contact platform connecting buyers with sellers of Latin American products and potential business providers. We facilitate communication and transactions but do not manufacture products or directly guarantee seller performance

Marketplace Rules and Purchases
- Sellers list products; buyers browse and purchase.
- All purchases are contracts between buyer and seller facilitated by Achachay.
- Prices, availability, and delivery terms are set by Sellers
Payments and Fees
You agree to pay all charges associated with purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping. We may use third-party payment processors.
Lead Contact and Provider Services
When you use our lead contact or provider interest services, you agree that your contact information can be used and shared with our business development team and third-party partners for outreach and matching opportunities
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Interfere with others’ use of the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Violation may result in suspension or termination
Intellectual Property
Content on the Service (logos, text, software) is owned by Achachay Inc. or its licensors. You may not use it without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
